Who We Are

     First of all, let me introduce our team, my name is Jason Chen. I have served in restaurant industry for more than thirty years more. After that I immigrated to the United States and located in Austin. In 1987, I worked at a Chinese restaurant named as Dinesty Chinese Restaurant which had been named as the best restaurants by a local newspaper.

    I was lucky to take over my brother's  restaurant named "New Mandarin Chinese Restaurant" in 1990.  With 30 years of kitchen experiences, we use the finest ingredients, fresh vegetables, and special ingredients into the delicious Chinese cuisine. Our price is reasonable and we also offer friendly service, so that the neighbors in Austin have a good place for a tasty dishes.
